How to Import Workouts from Hevy

Learn how to import workouts from Hevy into Gympal.

You can import workouts from Hevy in the following ways:

Open the Hevy app
Go to Profile > Settings > Export & Import Data
Save the CSV to your device
Open the Gympal app
Tap Import Hevy CSV and select the exported CSV file
Wait while your data is imported into Gympal
