How to Perform Preacher Curl (Barbell)

Add the appropriate amount of weight to an EZ bar or straight bar and place it on the preacher bench.

Sit down and drape your upper arms over the pad, grabbing the bar with an underhand grip.

Engage your abs and take a breath.

Curl the bar up toward your shoulders, squeezing your biceps at the top and exhale.

Slowly lower the bar back to the starting position and breathe in.

Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
