How to Perform Rope Straight Arm Pulldown

Attach a rope handle to the high pulley of a cable machine and grab both ends with an overhand grip.

Stand tall facing the machine with your feet shoulder-width apart and arms extended upward.

Retract your shoulder blades, engage your abs, and take a breath.

Pull the rope straight down by extending at the shoulders, keeping your arms straight and squeezing your lats at the bottom and exhale.

Slowly return to the starting position and breathe in.

Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
