How to Perform EZ Barbell Preacher Curl

Add the appropriate amount of weight to an EZ bar and place it on the preacher bench.

Sit down and drape your upper arms over the pad, grabbing the bar with an underhand grip on the angled grips.

Engage your abs and take a breath.

Curl the bar up toward your shoulders, squeezing your biceps at the top and exhale.
