How to Perform Box Jump

  1. 1

    Stand in front of a sturdy box with your feet shoulder-width apart.

  2. 2

    Engage your abs and take a breath.

  3. 3

    Bend your knees and swing your arms back to load the jump.

  4. 4

    Explosively jump upward and forward onto the box, landing softly with both feet flat and knees slightly bent and exhale.

  5. 5

    Stand tall on the box, then step back down to the starting position and breathe in.

  6. 6

    Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
