How to Perform Russian Twist (Bodyweight)

    Sit on an exercise mat and lean back slightly with your knees bent and feet raised off the floor.

    Clasp your hands together in front of you.

  3. 3

    Engage your abs and take a breath.

  4. 4

    Rotate your torso to one side, bringing your hands toward the floor beside your hip and exhale.

  5. 5

    Immediately rotate to the other side and breathe in.

  6. 6

    Alternate sides for the desired number of repetitions.
