How to Perform Sled Push

    Load the sled with the appropriate amount of weight.

    Grip the handles and lean forward at an angle, driving through your legs.

  3. 3

    Engage your abs and take a breath.

  4. 4

    Push the sled forward by driving one foot into the ground at a time in a walking or running motion, breathing steadily throughout.

  5. 5

    Continue for the desired distance, then rest.
