How to Perform Snowboarding

Engage your core and bend your knees slightly into an athletic position.

Shift your weight and edge your board to control your direction and speed.

Breathe steadily throughout and enjoy the run.
Training Guidelines
The targets below are general guidelines. Adjust volume and intensity based on your experience, recovery, and goals. If you track effort, aim for most working sets around RPE 7–9.
