How to Perform Toe Touch

  1. 1

    Lie on your back on an exercise mat with your legs straight and arms extended overhead.

  2. 2

    Engage your abs and take a breath.

  3. 3

    Simultaneously raise your legs and reach your hands toward your toes, lifting your shoulders off the floor and exhale.

  4. 4

    Slowly lower back to the starting position and breathe in.

  5. 5

    Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
