How to Perform Jumping Jack

Stand tall with your feet together and arms at your sides.

Engage your abs and take a breath.

Jump your feet out to shoulder-width while simultaneously raising both arms overhead and exhale.

Jump back to the starting position, bringing your feet together and arms back to your sides and breathe in.

Keep a steady rhythm and continue for the desired time or number of repetitions.
