How to Perform Thruster (Kettlebell)

  1. 1

    Grab a kettlebell in each hand and hold them at shoulder height in the rack position.

    Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and toes turned slightly outward.

  3. 3

    Engage your abs and take a breath.

  4. 4

    Squat down until your thighs are at least parallel with the floor.

  5. 5

    Drive through your heels to stand, then immediately press the kettlebells overhead until your arms are fully extended and exhale.

  6. 6

    Lower the kettlebells back to your shoulders and breathe in.

  7. 7

    Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
