L-Sit Hold

This leverage machine movement primarily targets waist, including abdominals, abs.

How to Perform L-Sit Hold

  1. 1

    Sit between two parallel bars or dip handles and place your hands on them.

  2. 2

    Press through your palms to lift your body off the ground.

  3. 3

    Engage your abs and take a breath.

  4. 4

    Extend your legs straight out in front of you until they are parallel with the floor.

  5. 5

    Hold the position with your body forming an L shape, breathing steadily.

  6. 6

    Hold for the desired duration, then lower yourself down with control.
