How to Perform Lever Incline Hammer Chest Press

Add the appropriate amount of weight and sit on the incline hammer chest press machine.

Grab the handles with a neutral grip and plant your feet flat on the floor.

Retract your shoulder blades, engage your abs, and take a breath.

Press the handles upward and forward until your arms are fully extended, squeezing your chest at the top and exhale.
