Stats Per Muscle Group

See how one muscle group is training over time with weekly trends, consistency, strength progress, and lifetime totals.

Stats Per Muscle Group

Stats per muscle group shows how much work you have done for one muscle group over time. You can check recent sets, training frequency, weekly trends, strength changes by exercise, volume share, and lifetime totals.

Recent Activity

At the top, you see when you last trained that muscle group, how many sets you have done this week, and how often you train it on average.

If nothing is logged in the selected period, it shows Not trained yet in this period.

Stats Per Muscle Group

Consistency & Weekly Progress

Consistency covers the last 12 weeks. Each bar is one week of sets, so you can see which weeks you trained and which ones you missed.

Under the chart, Streak shows consecutive trained weeks, Avg sets / wk shows your average weekly sets, and Sessions / wk shows how often you hit the muscle group.

Date Dropdown

The weekly chart plots one point per week for the selected range. The headline shows the average weekly value for the active metric, such as Avg volume / week.

You can view the last 3 Months, 6 Months, 1 Year, or 2 Years. The default is 3 Months.

Volume, Sets, and Reps

Switch the chart between Volume, Sets, and Reps to compare total load, completed sets, or total reps week by week.

Strength Progress

Strength progress lists up to four exercises for the muscle group, ordered by volume share.

Each row shows the change from first logged max weight to latest, a sparkline of estimated 1RM, and a trend badge. Trends can show a percent when progressing or declining, Stale when a lift has gone quiet, or New when there is not enough history yet.

Volume Distribution & All Time

Where your volume comes from shows up to five exercises that contribute the most volume to the muscle group, each with its share as a percent.

Date Dropdown

All time ranks your top exercises by volume and shows lifetime totals for the muscle group: workouts, sets, volume, avg reps per set, avg RPE, and time trained.
