1. How to log your weight
Theres two ways to log your weight:
- From the Dashboard, tap "Update" on the Scale Weight widget.
- Inside the Scale Weight widget, press the green "+" button and enter your weight.

To edit a previous entry, tap the entry to see the details. From here, you can edit the weight.
