1. How to log your weight

Theres two ways to log your weight:

  • From the Dashboard, tap "Update" on the Scale Weight widget.
  • Inside the Scale Weight widget, press the green "+" button and enter your weight.

2. Setting Weight Goals

You can set three different goals. To do this, tap the Cog-icon in the top right. From this screen, you can set the following:

  • Weight Goal: Set the bodyweight you want to reach.
  • Objective: Choose whether you want to lose, maintain, or gain weight.
  • Weekly rate of change: Define how fast you want your weight to change each week.

3. Editing a previous entry

To edit a previous entry, tap the entry to see the details. From here, you can edit the weight.
